TERMS & CONDITIONS
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is seven nights, or on request short periods to be agreed.
The offered prices are inclusive of water, electricity and heating for domestic consumption, tourist tax, wi-fi, parking space in the garage.
To book you must make a deposit of € 400.00 by bank transfer and send an e-mail with proof of payment, under penalty of cancellation of booking. Payment must be settled in cash upon the arrival in the apartment.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartments are available from 15.00 to 20.00 on the day of arrival in case of delays we ask to be notified, check out by 09.30, unless otherwise specified at time of booking.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The linen is done weekly.
The owner reserves the right to access the apartment if needed for cleaning and routine maintenance. And there is a no smoking policy in all areas of the apartment (Lg 3/2003).
The final cleaning fee is € 50,00
ACCESS AND USE OF THE PREMISES
The use of the premises is allowed for all guests. Please respect other guests and the house rules.
The client is asked to respect the stillness of the night from 22:00 to 08:00 hours in order not to disturb other guests in the house.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
General cancellation conditions
The cancellation of the reservation 60 days before the arrival date involves a penalty of 10% of the deposit.
The cancellation of the reservation 30 days before the arrival date involves a penalty of 50% of the deposit.
The cancellation of the reservation after 30 days from the date of arrival involves a penalty of 100% of the deposit.
At the time of booking a deposit of € 400.00 must be paid by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained according to the cancellation conditions. The remaining amount will be paid in cash directly at the accommodation on the day of check-in.
FOR ALLERGIC REASONS pets are not allowed in the apartments.
It asks for a deposit of € 100.00 to be returned at the end of vacation.
If the client or his guests, utilities caused damage to housing or its contents, the customer will be liable for the damage and compensation. In no case it is allowed 'accommodation in a number of people than are required at time of booking. The owner reserves the right to refuse 'entry to' accommodation if this condition is not met.
