TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is seven nights. In the case of rental of less than seven days, if accepted by the operator will be expected to increase the rate to be agreed, to recover costs of cleaning and linen change.

 

PRICES

The offered prices are inclusive of water, electricity and heating for domestic consumption.

 

BOOKING

To book you must make a deposit of € 400.00 by bank transfer or money order and send a fax or an e-mail with proof of 'payment, under penalty of cancellation of booking. Payment must be settled in cash upon the arrival in the apartment.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The apartments are available from 14.00 on day of arrival until 09.30 am on departure day, unless otherwise specified at time of booking.

 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The linen is done weekly or on customers' request.

The owner reserves the right to access the apartment if needed for cleaning and routine maintenance. And there is a no smoking policy  in all areas of the apartment (Lg 3/2003).

 

The final cleaning fee is € 50,00

 

ACCESS AND USE OF THE PREMISES

The use of the premises is allowed for all guests. Please respect other guests and the house rules.

 

The client is asked to respect the stillness of the night from 22:00 to 08:00 hours in order not to disturb other guests in the house.

 

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

60 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied; the advance will be refunded in full, minus expenses. After this date, the deposit will be retained in full.

 

PETS

No pets are allowed in the apartments. If requested, and if accepted by the operator, an additional rate will be agreed.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITY CUSTOMER

It asks for a deposit of € 100.00 to be returned at the end of vacation.

If the client or his guests, utilities caused damage to housing or its contents, the customer will be liable for the damage and compensation. In no case it is allowed 'accommodation in a number of people than are required at time of booking. The owner reserves the right to refuse 'entry to' accommodation if this condition is not met.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITY MANAGER

If, for reasons beyond the will of the operator, the accommodation booked was not fit for use, it reserves the right to assign another accommodation with the same characteristics of your choice.
